Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience (or 8 years with no degree)
• Solid Construction Project Management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with housing, retail and commercial design or construction
• Professional qualifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Consultant with execution of tasks and high-quality deliverables
• Coordinate with team to manage plan reviews, site observations, and risk assessments
• Lead project meetings and assist with business development efforts
• Travel to job sites in NY and NJ, including overnight stays
• Support monitoring of utilization, deadlines, and timesheet data
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality project delivery
