Job summary

Ryan Homes is launching a Construction Project Manager Trainee program in the United States. The role offers hands-on supervision of home-building activities under a seasoned PM, with emphasis on customer experience, budgeting, schedules, and quality control.

Participants gain classroom and on-the-job training, developing leadership and organizational skills to advance within NVR’s Ryan Homes brand and related subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training program combining classroom and on-the-job experience to transition into Construction Project Manager role.
• Positively impact the customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure all homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
