Job summary

Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, seeks a Construction Project Manager Trainee to gain hands-on experience by shadowing a current Project Manager and mastering the skills needed to manage a job site from start to finish.

The program combines classroom and on-the-job training to ensure a successful transition into the Construction Project Manager role, with opportunities to supervise subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop strong working relationships
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Current Driver’s License
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus
