Job summary

NVR, the parent company of Ryan Homes, invites you to join a structured Construction Project Manager Trainee program. You will learn the end-to-end home-building process alongside an experienced Project Manager and develop the skills to effectively manage a job site.

Successful candidates will participate in hands-on training, collaborate with the Ryan Homes Community Team, and support budgeting, scheduling, and quality control for homes in Concord, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Current Driver’s License.
• Construction and/or customer relations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in NVR’s training program to transition into Construction Project Manager.
• Impact customer experience while working with the Ryan Homes Community Team.
• Ensure homes are completed within budgets, timelines, and project scope.
• Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, maintaining positive working relationships.
• Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order materials, and manage customer relations.
