Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish and negotiating relationships with owners and trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate project meetings to align teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and design firms.
• Drive safety culture on the project site and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
