Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• Minimum of seven years of construction project management experience in the Puget Sound Region.
• Knowledge of tenant improvements, interior renovation and repurposing.
• Experience in occupied and critical environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of P6, Vista, Autodesk, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam preferred.
• Leadership skills with an example-driven approach.
• Valid Washington driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner/client contact for scope, budget, and schedules.
• Prepare and negotiate owner/client contracts.
• Prepare and negotiate all subcontracts.
• Lead project estimates from concept through GMP.
• Manage project administration per contract.
• Oversee project procurement and alignment with schedule.
• Manage change order process with client and subs.
• Create monthly project forecast for leadership.
• Oversee monthly payment applications.
• Mentor project engineers on the project.
• Coordinate with design team to mitigate design challenges.
