Job summary

Lavoro USA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate commercial and residential construction projects from start to finish in the Dakotas. The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional communication to ensure timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met across multiple teams and subcontractors.

Travel and site visits are common, and you will report to clients and internal stakeholders, keeping documentation up to date and ensuring

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction project management (commercial or residential).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of South Dakota construction regulations and permitting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, change orders, and progress reports
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and resolve issues as they arise
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and company standards
