Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Design, and/or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 4–5 years of construction industry experience.
• 3 years overseeing or coordinating commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, blueprints, specs, and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities planning and construction operations with administrators and outside organizations.
• Manage multiple construction programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Inspect construction, repairs, and renovations for safety, compliance, and quality.
• Review drawings and specifications and explain project requirements to district personnel.
• Monitor construction activities daily and document progress with photos.
• Lead punch list development, warranties, and contractor corrective work.
