Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field; 1+ year experience.
• An associate’s degree with at least 3 years of related experience may be substituted.
• Fall 2026 graduates will be considered.
• Degree must be conferred prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site representative for construction projects, coordinating among contractors, consultants, vendors, and university stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, resolve construction issues, review pay requests, and ensure contract compliance with documents, quality, schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with design professionals and university staff to manage change orders and constructability reviews; maintain project records.
