Responsibilities

• Set up project files, record keeping systems, and inspection plan per contract, documenting major actions.
• Review GC schedules, verify pricing, ensure logical workflow, and track progress against the master schedule.
• Process progress payments: review invoices, ensure accurate amounts, and coordinate with the GC and CO.
• Monitor safety: enforce PBS plan, flag hazards, and maintain accident and safety reports.
• Coordinate inspections and tests: schedule, witness, log results, and manage delays.
• Testing oversight: verify tests, document results, notify of failures, arrange retesting.
