Job summary

International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Biloxi, MS to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation while ensuring safety and quality across all phases.

The role requires extensive experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, vendor relations, and client communications to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of verifiable construction experience with commercial or complex projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Strong blueprint reading and document management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite, P6 scheduling software, and PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from start to closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and cost projections.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain timelines.
• Assist with budgeting, bidding, procurement, and contract awards.
• Administer subcontracts, change orders, payments, and cost tracking.
• Serve as main point of contact with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Lead meetings and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with field leadership to resolve conflicts and manage logistics.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with scope and contracts.
