Job summary

Restoration Solutions is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects in the DFW area. You will oversee crews, subcontractors and vendors from project initiation through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes budgeting, scheduling, and relationship management with clients and insurers. Experience in insurance restoration and IICRC certifications are preferred; travel to sites and a hands-on leadership

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in construction/restoration or equivalent
• IICRC certifications in Water, Fire or Mold restoration preferred
• Project Management related certifications and/or training
• Two or more years experience managing repair projects in insurance restoration

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration projects from start to finish and manage schedules
• Oversee subcontractors, in-house staff and vendor relationships
• Monitor project budgets and costs to meet financial targets
• Ensure safety, quality control and regulatory compliance on worksites
• Develop referral relationships and manage client communications
• Drive operational sales and support company branding efforts
• Collect project funds and manage payments with clients
• Coordinate material and resource procurement and deliveries

Join our team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead restoration projects from start to finish, oversee skilled crews and subcontractors, and make a real impact for clients when they need it most.

Summary/objective

The Project Manager is tasked with successfully delivering construction services for clients and key relationships. Project Managers work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations, develop and grow referral relationships and steward the company brand.

• Managing project costs and adhering to predetermined budgets
• Managing subcontractor relationships and delivery of services

• Managing in-house trade staff

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related experience

• Two or more years experience managing repair projects in the insurance restoration
• Industry
