The Construction Project Manager will oversee large restoration projects from planning through completion, coordinating operations, safety, and client communications across nationwide assignments.

Based in Austin, TX, the role requires travel, strong vendor management, and a focus on profitability and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced disaster-response environment.

Qualifications

• Heavy restoration project knowledge required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with operations daily to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters updated on all project activities.
• Ensure service quality meets the highest standards.
• Budget each project to ensure profitability.
• Manage project buys, subs and vendors, permits and paperwork.
• Develop a Site Safety Plan and ensure it is followed by the team.
• Draft and review project management reports daily.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and investigations as needed.
• Maintain communication with adjusters and clients to promote good service.
