Job summary

The Absolute is hiring an on-site Construction Project Manager to lead residential new construction projects in Newton/Needham, MA. You will own schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage logistics to free the owner's time as the company scales.

Proven PM experience in residential construction is required, with strong organization and clear communication. English is essential; Spanish/Portuguese/Russian are a plus.

Qualifications

• Residential new construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organization and follow-through—you create and drive the agenda.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• English proficiency required for job-related communication.
• Additional language skills, including Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian, are a plus.
• Meaningful commercial construction experience is a strong plus.
• Multifamily residential experience preferred.
• JobTread experience is a plus.

Location: Newton/Needham, MA (On-site and local job sites)

The Absolute is a small, growing residential builder focused primarily on new construction. We're hiring an on-site Construction Project Manager who can run projects with minimal oversight--someone who builds their own plan, drives the schedule, and frees up the owner's time so the business can scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of residential construction projects and occasional light commercial work
• Build and manage schedules, priorities, and task lists without requiring constant oversight
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and jobsite logistics
• Keep projects organized in JobTread; experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software transfers well

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• Base salary: $95,000 to $145,000 per year, based on experience
