HDR is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Power Construction Professionals team in the Las Vegas/Phoenix area.

As a Project Manager in our Construction Services Group, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Building and maintaining client relationships, developing new Power Construction Services clients.
  2. Collaborating with marketing for proposal development and opportunity tracking.
  3. Negotiating contracts and MSAs, recruiting resources, and managing budgets and invoices for multiple projects.
  4. Serving as the key client contact and project manager on larger projects, making staffing and resource decisions.
  5. Supporting business development and maintaining annual goals.
  6. Leading or assisting with QA/QC processes and maintaining project document control.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of related experience and 2 years in project management.
  • Experience supporting construction services for Power Delivery, Hydro, Generation, and Renewables projects.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff, with leadership skills.
  • Strong client and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret construction schedules.
