Requirements include a construction management degree and 3–5 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field.
• Three to five years PM experience in construction industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct long-range project planning and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage projects for safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
• Track costs, forecast profitability, and manage cash flow.
