Job summary

Hoar Construction in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full construction process from start to finish. You will coordinate vendors, contracts, client expectations and schedules to minimize risk and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires leadership of assistant PMs, budget oversight, and active involvement in planning, cost control, and procurement. Travel up to 30% may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 4-10 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management of new construction and renovation projects.
• Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement to manage a construction project.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software such as SureTrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of assistant project managers and participate in training for project and field staff.
• Maintain the Job Cost Report, ledgers, and budget.
• Develop project administration, correspondence, letters, etc.
