Job summary

Alston Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the overall management of assigned projects, ensuring safety, on-time completion, budget adherence, and alignment with client expectations and the company’s image.

Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents for risk, maintaining a detailed schedule, coordinating with site staff, and supporting RFP responses. A degree in Construction Management or Engineering with relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with experience managing construction projects for a general contractor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate overall project management to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and profit goals.
• Review contract documents for risk and compliance; ensure design and submittals meet specs.
• Maintain master project schedule and provide timely reports on progress and budget.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and staff to meet goals on safety and quality control.
• Lead responses to RFPs and participate in site investigations and preliminary design.
