Job summary

Western Specialty Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction work, coordinate all project segments, and work with senior management and the branch manager. You will assist in creating and reviewing project documents, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure budgets and timelines are met.

Regular on-site presence is expected with field teams and client representatives. This role requires 10+ years in masonry/concrete restoration, strong leadership and communication, Procore

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in masonry and/or concrete restoration is a plus.
• Experience managing projects involving structural concrete repair, waterproofing, or facade restoration is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) is required.
• OSHA-30 certification and First Aid/ CPR certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop contracts and negotiate revisions with internal teams as needed.
• Create (SOV) schedule of values for each project and monitor.
• Responsible for accounts receivable and timely collections.
• Act as liaison among Architects/Engineers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and field staff.
• Preplan each task with your team with regards to safety.
• Monitor permits required for the projects.
• Assist in estimating and pricing change orders to maximize profitability.
• Develop proposals for changed conditions and monitor change orders.
• Maintain cost-to-complete updates and project financials for review.
• Provide lookahead schedules to the client and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee project deployment to ensure quality and timely execution.
• Interact with Branch Superintendent and Project Foreman to meet production goals.
• Coordinate project documentation and communication of change orders.
• Oversee procurement of required project materials.
• Review finish samples, schedules, drawings, and reports for accuracy.
• Establish work plans and master CPM schedule for project team and subs.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve project issues.
• Ensure proper close-out of the project.
