Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead day-to-day on-site activities on our Texas projects. You will create detailed plans, manage risk, coordinate stakeholders, and drive safety and quality across the team.

You will mentor staff, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones while maintaining alignment with Clark Standards of Excellence. Travel to project sites as needed and collaborate with owners and design partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 4+ years of construction experience; preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 2+ years of team leadership, development, and motivation.
• Understanding the strategic, operational, and financial aspects of a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
