Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies in Rogers, Arkansas is looking for a Project Manager with multifamily, commercial and/or industrial experience to lead projects from inception to completion.

You will manage estimating, contracts, scheduling, budgets, design reviews, and collaborate with owners and design teams. ARCO offers strong bonuses, ESOP, 401k, sabbatical after five years, generous vacation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of project management experience in multifamily, commercial and/or light industrial projects.
• Design-build experience highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects including estimating, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Work with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Lead proposal meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
