Job summary

Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to oversee a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects from planning through closeout. Projects range from $500K–$2M and require hands-on involvement and tight coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.

You will lead scope, schedules, budgets, and safety plans while ensuring quality and adherence to the project charter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle (planning to closeout).
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects (mechanical, electrical, controls).
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk.
• Willingness to learn organization's PM processes and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (7–12 depending on size).
• Provide end-to-end PM from planning through closeout.
• Act as primary accountability and provide leadership and controls.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, safety plans.
• Coordinate internal and external teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.).
• Lead kickoff, status meetings, reviews, and stakeholder sessions.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks, costs, and milestones to leadership.
