Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related construction PM credential.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and construction process knowledge.
• Proficient in reading drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, oversight, and coordination of construction activities for multi-phase apartment projects.
• Deliver high-quality housing safely, on time, and within budget.
• Prepare timely, complete reports and communicate with Lawson colleagues, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and project ownership, schedule ownership, financial ownership, document ownership, and contract ownership.
