Job summary

Lawson in Woodbridge, VA, is seeking a Project Manager to join the expanding construction team, supporting multi-phase apartment and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fast-paced multi-family or commercial construction, with knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and reading drawings.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related PM certification.
• Minimum 7 years in construction project management with owner or general contractor experience.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and construction process knowledge.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• LMA and stakeholder relationship management.
• Own project ownership, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Oversee project documents and contracts.
• Coordinate with design partners, subcontractors, and Lawson teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
