Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction management methods, materials, safety, scheduling, specifications, and cost analysis.
• Ability to manage projects with emphasis on cost control, project delivery, and scheduling.
• Proficiency with construction management computer applications and CADD.
