Ironstate Properties is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee renovations of lobbies, amenities, roof decks, and facades across residential and hotel portfolios in Northern New Jersey. You will supervise construction procedures, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires 2–3 years of PM experience (or 5–10 years in site supervision/carpentry), a BS/BA in engineering or construction management, and

• BS/BA in engineering, construction management or relevant field experience.
• 2-3 years of proven PM experience or 5-10 years as site supervisor/carpenter.
• Solid understanding of construction procedures and project management.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.
• Pro-active, strategic, collaborative, and creative thinker.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Project.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors for profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from authorities.
• Plan resources and manage budget from start to finish.
