Job summary

STO Building Group is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead high-end renovations and construction projects in New Jersey. You will oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, manage staff and client relationships, and ensure project profitability while delivering quality results.

The role requires 10–15 years in commercial construction management with a strong mechanical/electrical background and BIM/Navisworks/Revit experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Science preferred.
• 10-15 years in commercial construction management.
• Heavy Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred.
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/BIM Glue/Revit expected.
• Experience from the sub-contractor world is okay/acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems during construction management.
• Manage project staff and relationships among owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
• Monitor schedules and spending; prepare status and financial reports.
