Job summary

Island Renovations Inc in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, coordinating planning, scheduling, and execution with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

You will conduct site inspections, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has proven PM skills and strong communication to keep the team aligned across multiple sites in NJ.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely completion.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with project team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities to adhere to project schedules.

• Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication withproject team members to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, progress andensureadherence to project schedules.
