Align Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects with a focus on health care, life sciences, higher education, and office improvements.

You will manage internal and external teams, mentor engineers, and oversee contracts, scheduling, and budget processes. You will build trustful relationships with clients, prioritize safety and quality, and ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining professional communication and adherence to organizational

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience in Commercial Construction, preferably Health Care (OSHPD), Life Sciences, Higher Education, and Office Improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams by supporting and challenging internal and external members.
• Cultivate teams built on trust and high performance.
• Develop and mentor Project Engineers.
• Understand all project scopes, building processes, and systems based on past experience.
• Oversee risk management including contracts, subcontracts, and insurance certifications.
• Oversee cost control including change management, billings, forecasting and budgeting.
• Complete monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with Superintendent to update schedules and communicate impacts to Owner.
• Prioritize and delegate critical items to the team.
• Ensure successful project completion and lasting client relationships.
