MBP is seeking a Construction Manager to support project management, coordinate staff, and drive successful delivery on healthcare-focused projects. The role emphasizes mentoring, scheduling, and cost control while ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include site visits, problem solving, client-facing collaboration, and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• B.S. in industry-related field preferred with professional registration encouraged.
• Detailed knowledge of construction management, scheduling, cost estimation and contract administration.
• Experience mentoring staff and managing project profitability and budgets.

Responsabilités

• Assist with interviewing and building workforce capabilities.
• Direct and coordinate work of assigned staff and monitor progress.
• Conduct site visits and identify engineering problems with solutions.
• Provide technical engineering expertise and review others' work.
• Support business development and manage project budgets with accounting.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations on construction sites.
