Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Architecture/Engineering/Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years progressive PM/construction management experience.
• Experience independently managing projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to medium‑scale projects independently from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Support senior project managers on larger regional projects and shadow senior leaders to learn complexities of major initiatives.
• Develop project charters, schedules, and work breakdown structures; manage critical path and site progress.
• Procure and manage contractors and vendors through competitive bidding and contracts within limits.
• Chair project meetings and manage change orders with stakeholder communication and approvals.
• Develop and manage project budgets with real‑time cost monitoring; manage invoices and financial reports.
• Serve as primary client contact for assigned projects and deliver status reports.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in design reviews and value engineering; mentor junior staff.
• Engage in coaching sessions to grow toward senior responsibilities.
