Job summary

The Apogee Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Indianapolis team. You will lead projects from planning through delivery, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs and contracts.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering or 10+ years of project leadership, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management preferred.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand contract drawings, specs, addenda, RFIs and related docs.
• Prepare and communicate RFIs with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Create work orders and change orders; provide daily project reports.
• Coordinate scope, schedule and cost changes across projects.
• Prepare job sites for safety and productive operations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain professional communication with owners, architects, engineers and officials.
