Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with construction methods and materials.
• Experience interpreting design drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction project management processes and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, SOG).
• Develop and close out project portfolios and schedules.
• Maintain accurate budgets, cash flows and EFCs.
• Coordinate with partners and operators to deliver cost-effective projects.
• Lead bid strategies with Procurement and define scope of work.
• Manage project timeline and ensure schedule compliance.
• Facilitate client meetings and resolve constraints.
• Provide project status updates to leadership and clients.
• Utilize project management systems daily.
