Core Group in Chicago is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects. You will lead project teams, ensure safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, installation, and quality systems, with utility-scale or commercial/industrial projects preferred.
• NABCEP Certified Installation Professional and MIOSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, electrical teams, surveyors, civil inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in scheduling workforce and project timelines in collaboration with senior management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all job sites.
• Review project documentation for cost savings and process improvements.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the installation team.
