This hands-on role requires autonomy, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

With a focus on operational efficiency, the Construction Project Manager will oversee 6–10 concurrent projects, maintaining budgets and timelines whilst communicating with clients and managing teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously ($25K–$1M).
• Strong background in estimating, bidding, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.
