Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Manager to drive project success across the full life cycle, from reviewing subcontractor proposals and building schedules to maintaining documentation and reports. You’ll ensure safety standards, quality, and compliance while keeping budgets and timelines on track.

You’ll coordinate with leadership, clients, and field teams, manage scopes of work, review change orders, and oversee billing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Project Manager
• Experience with DR or GC
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and documentation

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish with oversight and quality control
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
• Review, approve, and manage subcontractor proposals, scopes, and change orders
• Maintain all project documentation: daily logs, reports, inventories, and records
• Coordinate with leadership on scope, buy-outs, and reserves
• Perform billing reviews, audits, and invoicing
• Monitor project risks and address schedule or budget issues
