Job summary

Batia Construction Co. in the Winter Park area is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating on-site and in-office teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery. You will drive collaboration, maintain safety standards, and manage project documentation.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction management, solid leadership and communication skills, and experience with Procore, Red Team, and MS Project. On-site work in Colorado with a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of construction management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership skills.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Red Team, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects with on-site and office teams.
• Manage budgeting, bidding, estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and quality control.
• Maintain client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare monthly project reports and attend meetings.
• Oversee subcontracts and purchase orders.
