Job summary

Atlas Supreme, a dynamic general contractor and construction manager in New York, seeks a hands-on Construction Project Manager responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from bidding through completion.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients, architects, and inspectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Atlas Supreme's high workmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year degree in construction management or related field; GPA 3.2+ preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project aspects from planning through closeout, including bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) across projects.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
