GreenLine Electronics seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager in Atlanta to lead and coordinate all project phases from initiation to closeout. You will develop plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring safety compliance and quality workmanship.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with proficiency in project management software and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Indian or Egyptian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review and approve project expenses, change orders and invoices.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for materials and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
