Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management is required.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple complex commercial projects as a site subcontractor.
• Strong problem solving, energy, and initiative to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with GC's, vendors, and clients.
• Develop preliminary job schedules and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Lead project meetings and review safety, quality, and progress.
