SpawGlass Contractors Inc. seeks an Executive Project leader to oversee construction programs from preconstruction to closeout.

You will ensure financial results, schedule adherence and risk management while building high-performing teams across healthcare, education and corporate projects. You will collaborate with owners, senior leadership and design partners, guiding preconstruction, budgeting and procurement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships that drive repeat business
• Extensive project management experience on large healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate construction projects
• Proven track record leading project teams and delivering strong financial performance across multiple phases
• Comprehensive knowledge of General Construction and Design Build contracts, means and methods
• Ability to lead preconstruction efforts and deliver value-driven outcomes for owners
• Strong business and financial acumen with budgets, forecasts and KPIs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership and accountability from preconstruction through closeout for multiple projects
• Drive project performance including financial outcomes and schedule adherence
• Identify and resolve project, contractual, and operational challenges with stakeholders
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents and guide procurement strategies
• Oversee budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, safety and risk planning
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive project strategy with owners and design teams
