Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience on large/complex projects.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project budgeting, GMP development, and cost reporting.
• Oversee preconstruction budgeting, subcontracting, and scope development.
• Develop project schedules and resource plans with stakeholders.
• Administer project close-out, risk management, and QA/QC programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, design partners, and vendors.
