Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in civil bidding and construction management.
• Experience bidding civil work in utilities, earthwork, concrete, paving, or treatment plants.
• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Proficient with takingoffs using Blue Beam or similar software.
• Willing to travel statewide for NM pre-bid meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and execute large projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead bid reviews with project managers.
• Develop estimates and manage the estimating process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with leadership to adjust bids based on backlog.
