Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in construction project management with a history of managing water and wastewater treatment plant work.
• Background in civil construction, utilities, earthwork, concrete, paving, or similar industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Job Description

Spear D Construction is seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant and TreatmentProject Manager to lead and execute large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards.

We are looking for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can successfully manage multiple moving parts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. A past history in water and wastewater treatment plant work experience is desired for this position.
