Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record with projects ranging from up to $25M.
• Solid understanding of project estimation, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with field staff, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
