Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and track costs; manage staffing and materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and field teams.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
• Track and report field productivity to leadership; promote safety and quality.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ensure work meets standards, specs, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections for progress, quality, safety.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Prepare monthly bills and financial reports; schedule of values.
• Mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Travel to job sites and manage multiple projects concurrently.
