Superior Skilled Trades in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver end-to-end project execution for industrial construction. You will manage project engineers and assistants, coordinate procurement, and drive on-time, on-budget results while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required
• Master's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred (not essential)
• OSHA30-Hour Construction certification preferred
• OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations, supporting individualized development plans, facilitating training opportunities, and reinforcing continuous skill growth to achieve exceptional performance and encourage talent development
• Oversee end-to-end project execution by collaborating with project teams, monitoring progress, and addressing escalated, complex issues to ensure timely completion, while maintaining consistent field presence, leading participation in safety meetings including stretch and flex, and demonstrating fluency in high-risk activities to actively drive safe, planned, and controlled project outcomes
• Oversee and approves procurement of project-related materials, equipment, and specialty trade subcontractors as needed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with SPW work sequences and field requirements
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders, leveraging advanced knowledge and experience in project management
• Evaluate project performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements corrective actions
• Review comprehensive project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference

Education
