Job summary

Choate Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager in Tampa, FL. This full-time role leads a project from contract execution through completion, coordinating with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role, and will manage owner contracts, subcontracts, costs, schedule, and overall financial performance

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years in an Assistant Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to plan, organize, and administer owner contracts and all subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from contract execution through completion, guiding scope, schedule, and cost performance.
• Collaborate with the field Superintendent to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Procure, approve, and deliver labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to the jobsite.
