Job summary

Kilgore Industries, LP seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through delivery. You will manage resources, schedules, and financials, ensuring quality and compliance throughout the project life cycle.

You will drive risk management, communicate with clients and the project team, and pursue opportunities for project optimization and process improvements. Travel may be required depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and change-order pricing skills.
• Thorough understanding of industry practices, standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage risks, change orders, and ensure quality and safety compliance across projects.
