Job summary

Thompson Construction Inc. in Tulsa seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑impact construction projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client communications, working with field teams and designers to ensure safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and documentation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules and plans.
• Coordinate contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs.
• Procurement of subcontractor services, materials and equipment.
• Monitor project financial performance and client billing.
• Coordinate field operations with Superintendent, clients and teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop effective solutions.
• Monitor safety, quality, schedule and contractual requirements.
• Manage project closeout and final documentation.
